Cancellation Policy
❌ Cancellation, No-Show + Late Policy
Hey babe — I totally get that life happens. Things come up, traffic gets wild, and sometimes the calendar just…calendars wrong. That said, out of respect for my time and other guests waiting to get in, I do have a few boundaries in place:
✦ No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation (within 24 hours):
If you ghost me (aka no-call, no-show), or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, I charge 100% of your scheduled service. This helps cover the time I set aside just for you and keeps things fair for everyone on my books.
✦ Running Late?
I totally understand that the universe loves to test us. If you’re running behind, please shoot me a quick message!
• If you’re less than 10 minutes late, we can usually roll with it.
• If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule — and a cancellation fee may apply.
(Think of it like trying to do a full highlight in a dry shampoo emergency — it just doesn’t work.)
✦ Repeat Offenders:
If tardiness or last-minute cancellations become a pattern, I may require a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.
This isn’t about being harsh — it’s about respect, balance, and making sure every guest (including you!) gets the experience they deserve. I appreciate your understanding and support more than you know.
